REFUND POLICY 

There are no refunds on ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend your movie, you may submit a ticket credit request.

Ticket credit requests must be submitted at least one hour prior to your purchased showtime.

Any ticket credit requests received after this time will not be accepted. Service fees are non-refundable.

Ticket credits are valid for 90-days on any future ticket purchase at the same location.
